The manager at this building is nice and helpful.

Palm Capri is clean, safe and has updated units. There’s a swimming pool, parking and laundry on site. Hard wood floors, dishwasher, and balcony; all the items we had on our wish list. Great neighborhood and small building leads to quiet, clean, and easy living! Plus they accept cats.

So far my experience has been wonderful. My move in was smooth and the whole building has a great vibe. The property manager is very helpful and does a great job running the place. I am definitely satisfied with my overall experience.

We love Palm Capri. It is the perfect place to live. The manager is a diligent and fantastic landlord. The location is unbeatable. The apartment is spacious, nice and comfortable. It is within walking distance to Downtown Burbank so is perfect. I am extremely happy with Palm Capri and will stay here for a long time.

This is a very nice community. People have lived here for 5+ years because of its appealing nature. It is clean, quiet and feels very safe. It is a good walking distance from the mall and downtown Burbank for a nice walk to dinner and a movie!!!

Apartment community is very clean and secure, and the landlord is very personable and genuine in her customer service. Tenant screening is thorough, which adds to the sense of security and quality of the complex, but the leasing process was still very quick and efficient. Great neighborhood too!
